October was a transformative month at Trivos Labs. While September focused on building our engine, October was about finalizing it. This was the month we reached a critical tipping point in our journey to launch.
With 211 commits pushed, we have officially passed the halfway mark. As of October 31st, we stand at 53.1% total MVP completion, with 151 days to go. The most significant achievement of this month is a foundational one: the complete backend infrastructure, database, and API layer for Aqarratti is 100% built.
The engine is assembled. The digital bedrock is set. Here’s how we achieved this and what it unlocks for the final push to our March 31, 2026 launch.
1. The AI Breakthrough: A Production-Ready System
Our most significant achievement was evolving our Ejari processing from a prototype to a production-grade AI solution. We deployed a sophisticated dual-layer AI system that uses text-based analysis for clear PDFs and seamlessly transitions to vision-based analysis for scanned images.

Cost Optimization: By refining our AI prompts and implementing “smart lookups” that check for existing tenants (via Emirates ID) or owners, we have reduced AI processing costs by approximately 40% and ensured data integrity for renewals.
Human-in-the-Loop: We finalized the side-by-side review interface, allowing managers to instantly validate the AI’s work with color-coded confidence scores.
With the AI pipeline and review UI now fully optimized, we are ready to begin the next critical phase: processing the 519 remaining historical contracts for our pilot property.
2. 100% Complete: Data Architecture & Security
October saw the completion of our enterprise-grade database architecture. With 98 database migrations successfully applied, this work is 100% finished. The backbone of Aqarratti is now:
Scalable: A sophisticated three-tier property model (Land → Building → Unit) is fully deployed, allowing us to model complex assets like the 178-unit in our Pilot Project.
Compliant: In line with our ISO 27001 commitment, we deployed a comprehensive email audit system. Every email is now logged with a full forensic trail, providing our clients with critical legal defensibility.
Proven: We successfully completed the digital migration of all 178 properties for our pilot project, validating our data model and readying the platform for tenant onboarding.
3. The Intelligence Layer: From Chatbot to Insights
Our AI chatbot also evolved from a simple tool into an intelligent assistant. We deployed persistent conversation history and, more importantly, the Chat Insights Dashboard.
This analytics layer transforms tenant conversations into actionable intelligence. Property managers can now track topic clusters, analyze sentiment, and identify recurring concerns. This feature directly exemplifies our “Value-Oriented Solutions” (VOS) philosophy—using AI not just to automate, but to generate insights that drive better business decisions.

Looking Forward: The Road to Launch
As October closes, we stand at the project’s precise halfway point. The foundational infrastructure is done. Our 151-day roadmap is now focused on activation, data processing, and user experience.
Our critical path forward includes:
Frontend Integration: “Wiring up” our completed backend to the remaining frontend pages, including Maintenance, Financials, and Reports.
Bulk Data Processing: Executing the two largest data tasks: processing the ~520 remaining Ejari contracts and importing the 178 primary tenants for Leerbach Palace.
Launching the Mobile App: Building the React Native Android app that will serve as the primary portal for tenants.
Deployment & QA: A dedicated phase for production hardening, security audits, and performance testing for 250+ concurrent users.
Our Genesis month established the foundation. September built the engine. October finalized that engine and placed it in the chassis. Now, we build the rest of the car and get it ready for the road.
