September was a month of deep engineering and strategic execution. After laying the certified, secure foundation for Trivos Labs in August, we dedicated this month to building the powerful core of our flagship platform, Aqarratti. The work was focused on three key business pillars: making our data architecture smarter, our deployment process stronger, and our platform’s capabilities more intelligent.

A Major Evolution for the Database

At the heart of any powerful SaaS platform is its data engine. In a massive effort spanning the middle of the month (culminating around September 18th), we completed a significant re-architecture of our database.

For our clients, this translates to three critical benefits:

  1. Speed: We implemented pre-calculated data summaries (known as materialized views) that will allow landlord dashboards to load reports and statistics almost instantaneously, even with thousands of properties.

  2. Integrity: We introduced a series of robust constraints, triggers, and indexes to ensure the data remains consistent and accurate as it grows.

  3. Security: We further enhanced our data model to enforce strict tenant data isolation at the deepest level, guaranteeing that information is always segregated and secure.

This was a foundational investment in the performance and trustworthiness of the platform.

Automating with Confidence: Hardening the CI/CD Pipeline

Our commitment to excellence, as certified by our ISO 9001 registration, is embedded in our processes. Throughout early September, we focused on “hardening” our automated deployment pipeline. We fortified our systems to use credentials exclusively from AWS Secrets Manager and implemented a series of automated “smoke tests.”

In business terms, this means we can deliver new features and updates to our clients faster and with a higher degree of confidence. Every piece of code is now automatically verified against our security and quality benchmarks, dramatically reducing the risk of errors and ensuring the platform remains stable and reliable.

The AI Leap: Solving Document Processing with AWS Bedrock

The most significant breakthrough of September came at the end of the month. We tackled a major pain point for property managers: manually extracting data from official Ejari PDF contracts.

Faced with a regional limitation where the standard AWS service for this task is unavailable, we innovated. True to the spirit of our ‘Labs’, we designed and built a custom AI-powered pipeline from the ground up. By September 30th, this feature was live in our development environment.

Leveraging the power of Large Language Models via AWS Bedrock, our system can now:

  1. Securely receive an uploaded Ejari PDF.

  2. Use AI to intelligently read and identify key information like names, dates, and rental amounts.

  3. Automatically populate the system with this data, saving immense manual effort and eliminating human error.

This is our philosophy in action—turning a complex business challenge into a source of efficiency and growth through a value-oriented AI solution.

Looking Forward

September was about building a powerful engine on our solid foundation. We engineered a faster, more secure database, automated our quality controls, and delivered a game-changing AI feature. This work sets the stage for an even more ambitious October as we continue to build the future of real estate technology.
